Research conducted by the Network for Regional Healthcare Improvement, which combines Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems or H-CAHPS scores with CMS clinical quality data, and published in The Joint Commission Journal on Quality and Patient Safety shows significant variation in the quality of care provided by health systems across the country. Three years ago Alegent Health began a journey to achieve world class quality.
