For a more comprehensive quality assessment that more fully evaluates your organization's quality management effectiveness, please consider our Critical Marker Assessment. In this assessment, our Principals and select Expert Advisors spend several days in your organization to thoroughly analyze and evaluate your quality managent organization and capabilities. During this time we hold discussions with management leaders, physicians and front line personnel, and observe your quality management processes and infrastructure to understand the depth of your abilities. "Gaps" in your current quality management strategy are identified and recommendations for improvement are provided.
